The journey begins with a complimentary site visit. This is an opportunity to walk through your goals, budget, and timeline. Share any sketches, ideas, or inspiration you have – this helps us start shaping a vision that’s uniquely yours.
Bringing Your Ideas to Life

From there, we create to-scale digital concept drawings that reflect your needs and align with local planning rules. Visual tools like 3D perspectives or elevation drawings can also be provided to give you a clearer picture.
You’ll have the chance to review these early designs, offer feedback, and request changes – we refine everything until it feels just right.
Turning Concepts into Construction Plans

Once your design is set, we prepare detailed technical drawings for submission to council and for use during construction. These plans are also suitable for engineers and any other professionals involved in the project.
We handle communication with engineers and can help arrange any necessary technical reports to meet council or code requirements.
